   
 Lightweight  internal doors can be constructed from a honicel type card interior and softwood  frame, sandwiched between glued MDF embossed skins. These MDF skins can easily  slip during assembly and in the main pressing process causing the finished door  to be rejected.  
            RF  Tacking presses are used to square the softwood frame and honicel core to the  MDF skin and then “spot weld” them in four positions prior to pressing. This  allows the assembly to be moved and positioned within the main heated press  without the risk of any slippage.
